1. When will I receive my order?

The expected delivery time for all orders is 8–15 business days. If your order takes longer than this, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.


2. Why isn’t my tracking number working?

It is normal for tracking information to take up to 7 days to update from the day your order is placed. During this time, your tracking may show:

  • "We are preparing your order"

  • "Info Received"

Rest assured, this means your order has been packed and is on its way.


3. My order says delivered, but I have not received it.

Sometimes tracking is updated before the order is physically delivered. Please allow up to 3 days after the order is marked as delivered. If you still haven’t received your order, reach out to us and we will help resolve it.


4. Can I change the address on my order?

Once an order is placed, it usually cannot be changed. However, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


5. Why does my bottle or box look different from the photo?

All customers now receive our updated packaging and design, which may differ slightly from the photos.
